Possible grounds for cancellation by the Merchant: The Merchant reserves the right to cancel or void an order —immediately notifying the customer— in the following cases: (i) detection of a fraudulent, unauthorized, or flagged transaction by the anti-fraud controls of Culqi, PayPal, or the issuing bank; (ii) lack of effective payment confirmation; (iii) submission of false, inconsistent, or invalid identity information that prevents purchasing official nominal tickets from government entities; or (iv) supervening depletion of official Ministry of Culture quotas prior to physical/electronic ticket issuance, in which case the customer will be offered free rescheduling or a 100% refund of the amount paid.
